As you might have noticed, I’m talking about big silk screens and that’s because to get appropriately-sized prints onto your blankets, you need not only the large format screens, but you also need the proper equipment to handle them.  If you don’t know much about the silk screen printing process, the basic gist is that you need to ‘burn’ an image into the waterproof emulsion that coats the surface of the screen.  Once the image is in the screen, you apply colored inks (1 per screen) which registers the print on the garment below.  If you don’t have the right equipment for the massive blanket artwork, you won’t be getting any oversized printing!
